The Scots Guards, part of the Guards Division, is one of the Foot Guards regiments of the British Army. Their origins lie in the personal bodyguard of King Charles I of England and Scotland and the regiment has a long and proud history of service to the sovereign in times of war and peace.
Containing roughly 7.8 million records, Findmypast's British Army service records is one of the most significant British Army collections available online. The collection includes a myriad of Army forms including attestation papers, medical forms, discharge documents, pension claims, and proceedings of regimental boards.

Queensland, Mackay, Funeral notices and funeral director records consists of over 44,000 transcripts of records kept by the local firms Melrose & Fenwick and Mackay Funerals as well as funeral notices published in the Daily Mercury. The indexes of funeral parlour records will reveal your ancestor's age at death and funeral date. You may also be able to obtain additional information from the Mackay Family History Society at a small cost, which might include such details as death date, funeral order date, who ordered the funeral, cause of death, doctor's name, death place, family members, funeral cost, burial place, plot number, whether an inquest was held, and type of coffin.

Pennsylvania baptisms contains over 4,500 transcripts of original baptism records kept by Christ Church, Philadelphia. Founded in 1695 as a parish of the Church of England, Christ Church played an integral role in the founding of the Protestant Episcopal Church in the United States.
